Varun Narula is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, Accounting, and related advisory. He specializes in audits including statutory, tax, non-standard, and management audits.

Over the years, Varun has spearheaded several external audits for private entities. He is also experienced in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPs), having executed many assignments for large companies across different industries such as Manufacturing, Transportation, Consumer Goods, Trading, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, and Shipping. Additionally, he has successfully handled business process reviews, internal financial control reviews, internal audits, and more with a focus on compliance.

Varun has managed high-stake asset verification projects in India and the Middle East. He is proficient with using various accounting tools including Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, and Prowess. He also actively participates in change management and training-related activities within the firm.
