Raghu is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 19 years of experience in the Assurance practice, a majority of which involves working for leading global accounting and consulting firms.

He has extensive experience in financial statement audits, assurance engagements, review of financial statements for IFRS and IND AS compliance, review of client internal control environment (Risk Control Matrix), and testing of ICOFR (Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting).

At Sudit K. Parekh & Co. LLP, Raghu is responsible for strengthening the Attest and Assurance practices in South India. His exposure in Assurance spans across India, South Africa, and the UK. He has worked with various industries, including telecommunications, aviation, mining, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial retail, security, and large pension funds.

Over the years, Raghu has worked on multinational Assurance engagements within large and complex business environments. He has been actively involved in ‘Quality’ initiative programs and developed centralized delivery portals for the practice. His recent accomplishments include managing large and complex statutory audits by assisting the senior leadership teams in devising audit strategies, reporting structures as well as planning, executing, and managing engagement strategies.
