A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Abhay has conceptualized and implemented multiple solutions for various Transfer Pricing projects whilst deftly managing several crucial roles and responsibilities. His previous experience includes a secondment to Chicago for 27 months, where he worked on Transfer Pricing matters of large US-headquartered MNCs and gained a global perspective by resolving matters first-hand.

Abhay’s substantial Transfer Pricing experience and robust capabilities in compliance, litigation (TPO, CIT(A)/DRP, Tribunal), advisory, and dispute resolution mechanisms (such as MAP and APA) are leveraged towards clients’ evolving needs. His background with inbound and outbound clients across industries helps enhance the client experience at a comprehensive level. His multi-sector exposure across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, information technology, retail, consumer, etc., enables him to integrate efficiency with customer-centric solutions.

Abhay’s articles on crucial issues have been published in leading industry journals such as TaxSutra, etc. He has also contributed to the ICAI Guidance Note on Transfer Pricing (2019). Abhay also regularly addresses various forums organized by the IFA, BCAS, WIRC, etc.
