6. A newly set up Indian subsidiary of a large Canadian entity wanted to use the accounting services of its shared service center based in Sri Lanka. The shared services center was unfamiliar with India’s taxation requirements and needed assistance in completing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for their enterprise software (SAP). The Finance Controlling team of Nexdigm (SKP) played a pivotal role in helping the Sri Lankan team configure SAP for the Indian company, aligning it to the business and taxation requirements of the Indian subsidiary, completing the UAT and training the service center team on Indian GAAP and taxation. On completing the project, we ensured the system was reliable and correctly configured.
