The Client’s compliance team received several whistle-blowing communications regarding misconduct in their recently acquired Indian company. The client needed assistance in investigating this issue.

Nexdigm (SKP) conducted a digital forensic review of 111 custodians, including additional server data. We provided inputs and evidences which played a key role in the penal actions taken by the parent company’s board against the local management, former board members, and identified third parties.
